Helium balloons float propaganda into North Korea

defectors filled garbage bags with 150,000 paper sheets and dollar bills and DVDs and tiny AM/FM radios. and they tied them to big helium balloons. they launched them to the sky where they floated across the border to north Korea and that was all to send a message *Kim Jong Il is lying to you.*
